The frequency of maintenance impacts the life and appearance of robots, thus it is vital to clean the critical sections of the robot on a regular basis, such as cleaning the screen with a soft tissue or cotton cloth; for more information, please check Maintenance and Care.
1. Do not violently open the box or hit the robot to avoid its artificial damage;
2. Try to downwardly press the corresponding tray if its light stripe does not illuminate after unboxing;
3. Please protect the screen carefully from scarping or hitting during the handling;
4. Please protect the lidar above the robot chassis carefully, refrain from touching it by hand or hitting it;
5. Please keep the robot’s upright posture during the handling. You can lift the robot through the upper part of the robot chassis. It is strictly forbidden to carry out the handling by lifting the tray or the head of the robot.
